Location: North Cascades National Park, WA
Date: September 9, 2012
Description: An easy 1.5 miles out-and-back stroll along a mostly level trail that skirts the edge of the "Thunder Arm" of Lake Diablo in the beginning, and then follows the edge of Thunder Creek. We returned back after climbing down to the creek edge just before the wooden bridge.
The following views of Lake Diablo and the surrounding mountains are not from the hike but from a viewpoint we stopped at later. I could not resist including them:
