Location: Zurich, Switzerland
On the day of arrival to Zurich for a short business trip, a colleague and I decided to head up to Uetliberg in the evening to get some fresh air and shrug off the effects of travel. We took a tram to Albisgutli, and then walked up the trail to Uetliberg Kulm which offers a spectacular panoramic view of Lake Zurich rendered somewhat magical by the rays of the setting sun filtering through a cloud cover. The tower at the summit provides added elevation for a full 360 degree view. We later took the S-10 S-bahn down.
